How we helped a UK coffee store hit 20%+ monthly revenue from Klaviyo flows.

The Problem

Our client came to Remailey looking to upgrade their current flows, bring more revenue to their store through email and retain customers – with the client just using basic flows and templates, it needed a revamp to take it to the next level.

The Solution

We first ran an audit to see where the account was at, after finding out where we needed to improve and what to add. We set out a road-map of what each flow would be create, how long they would run for and what to add inside the emails.

After the road-map was complete, we began to start adding – 

  • New flow automations 
  • Design and build custom email templates
  • Subject lines to get people to open
  • Email content writing
